DwellerHQ was born from a simple observation: strata corporations across Jamaica and the Caribbean were still managing complex operations with spreadsheets, paper receipts, and manual processes.
Property managers spent countless hours chasing dues, producing reports by hand, and struggling to keep residents informed. We knew there had to be a better way.
So we built DwellerHQ — a purpose-built platform that understands the unique needs of Caribbean strata management, from compliance with Jamaica's Strata Titles Act to supporting local payment methods and workflows.
